The Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center is located at the corner of Bethany Drive and North Central Expressway off U.S. Highway 75.

Watters Creek Convention Center Parking Garage:

• If you will not be using the loading dock, please unload in the garage and enter the hotel through the parking garage. Proceed to the Terrell Hall Exhibit area.
• Garage Height: 7’6”
• Trailers and Buses must park in Delta’s bus parking area. Please contact Haley Skrnich at exhibitors@thsc.org  to reserve your spot. This is a first come, first serve basis.
• Garage fees: $8.00 per day and includes in and out accessibility

Watters Creek Convention Center Loading Dock:

• Exhibitors are allowed access to loading dock only when unloading items.
• Vehicles are not allowed to park at loading dock indefinitely.

*Volunteers will be working hard to help you move in as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience.
**There is no curbside loading/unloading.

​Where to Park After Unloading

Parking fills up fast! Please plan time to find a parking spot that works best for you. Stay in the parking garage after unloading or find a nearby lot.

• On-site parking garage fee: $8.00 per day
• Valet parking fee: $16.00 per day

Recommendations:

If a cart is available for you to use it must be immediately returned after taking items to your booth; it cannot remain at your booth while you unpack.
