The short answer is it is a 3-day out-of-this-world experience that is happening during the Texas HomeSchool Conventions! We are a family-focused convention and we believe that fun should be for the whole family!
Absolutely! In fact, we can be compared to a VBS. We utilize a VBS curriculum to build our convention and the theme. In 2024, we are utilizing “Stellar.”
- Absolutely! We run a criminal background check and a sex offender check on all volunteers.
- Just a note – we utilize American Heritage Girls, TrailLife USA, and local church volunteers to staff our kid’s convention.
- 5 years old to 12 years old
- We cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
We sell one ticket for the entire 3-day Kid’s Convention. Each ticket is $100 and includes:

- Stellar Programming
- Daily Activities
- Worship
- Group Games
- Bounce Houses
- and our favorite… LUNCH!
In Fort Worth, we will give each child a coupon for $12.00 that can be utilized at the on-site concession stand.
- The Galactic Gateway check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. each morning
- We will break for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
- The Galactic Gateway check-in will begin for the afternoon session at 1:00 p.m.
- The day ends at 4:30 p.m.

At our DFW Texas HomeSchool Convention, boxed lunches will not be available for purchase. There is a concession stand inside the Exhibit Hall that you can purchase food from.
