Yes! We have our registration set up for each convention so that you can select the booth location of your choice at each location. You will need to complete a registration for each convention you are joining us at.

Lunch orders will be placed through the hotel via your convention registration. Each lunch can be purchased for a discounted rate of $20.00 per person per day. You can add on lunches through your convention registration.

All booths come with an 8’-tall backdrop of drape, 3’-tall side rails, one 8’-long draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, a booth sign, and the general benefits below.

A 75% booth refund will be issued if requested by emailing your request to exhibitors@thsc.org. All requests must be received before March 1, 2023 in order to receive a 75% refund. No booth refunds will be issued after this date.

Exhibiting at Texas HomeSchool Conventions is by an application process. All exhibitors must go through an approval process before they are eligible to register. Our exhibitor process is open year-round and reviewed quarterly. You can fill out the application here.

We generally approve companies, organizations, and vendors who offers materials, books, and/or educational products or services that specifically relate to homeschools.
We do not generally approve:

• Single author-publishers
• Vitamin or health food companies
• Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Avon, Amway, etc.

Yes! We have the following opportunities that can be found on your convention registration.

• Registration Bag Inserts- Book bags containing promotional materials are distributed to attendee families at registration. All inserts are subject to approval. You can view prices of the bag inserts on the convention registration. If you are not attending in person, please email sales@thsc.org for more information.
• Workshops- Workshops are a great way to put your product in front of our audience! We have limited opportunities for workshops. You can add a workshop to your convention registration. You will be notified if you have been selected to lead a workshop. Payment will be refunded if you were not selected to host a workshop.

We strive to create a diverse Exhibit Hall for our attendees and exhibitors. The difference between premium, standard, and economy booths are pricing and location. All booths have great traffic flow and the possibility to interact with thousands of homeschool families.
